Rental includes WiFi, heating, bedding, towels and a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom essentials
Rates: An additional cleaning fee of £100 will be added per stay. A 30% deposit is requested to secure a booking. Full payment is due six weeks before arrival.
Changeover days are on Fridays. Normal arrival time of 4.00pm and departure time of 10.00am can be flexible so please contact me.
A security deposit of £100 is required and is refunded subject to the cottage being left as found. Payment by cheque (UK only), bank transfer or Paypal (£5 charge for using Paypal). Payment to be made in GB Pounds. Sorry no stag or hen parties. This is a no smoking/ no pets cottage.
